ok, so i finally got around to watching i know who killed me last night. jesus whept. i don't know that i've ever seen a weirder, uglier or more perversely honest "star vehicle". horrible but fascinating, especially from the present vantage.

While driving out of the parking lot (in her new Porsche) of Sayers Club in Hollywood just after midnight Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan was reportedly blocked by paparazzi and bystanders around the nearby Hookah Lounge. Lohan, according to TMZ, attempted a 3-point turn, grazing the knee and car of the lounge's 26-year-old manager who was standing by his car. But instead of braking to make sure the man was uninjured, the 25-year-old actress fled the scene "like a mad woman," a witness told a TMZ video reporter.
Police arrived at the scene, interviewed the manager and some Hookah Lounge patrons, then left. Sources told TMZ Lohan may have called the cops due to the swarm of paparazzi, which is why they responded.
Initially, the manager said he was uninjured and "got up and started smoking his hookah," said the witness. However, after learning of the driver's identity, he reportedly began complaining of an injury and headed to the emergency room. He plans to press charges and hire a lawyer, which will prompt police to open a hit-and-run investigation.
If the man is injured, Lohan will have violated her probation (again) in the necklace shoplifting case. Sautner told Lohan during a court hearing February 22, "Miss Lohan, you're in the home stretch." Well, the finish line might be appearing foggier in light of this morning's stunt.

honestly that doesnt seem so bad to me. if she would chill the fuck out with the lip plumping, super-blonding, tanning and alkie bloat, none of which is permanent btw, then she'll look okay again.

what really pisses me off is the disappearance of her freckles. that is the true crime here people.

let's be real, sunny. The last 16 seconds are absolutely terrifying.

Eh. If you were in yr early 20s, an alcoholic, had a bad plastic surgeon, a hairdresser with no concept of too blonde and the most fucking insane parents EVER; you wouldn't look too hot either. But like I said its all completely fixable. so far, anyway. The lips should go down in a few months. She could get her hair fixed in approx 3 hours, she could stop being a victim of her parents rampant narcissism any moment she chooses. If she could pull that off then sobriety will probably follow. The latter is prob a minimum of 18 months intense recovery but honestly, late 2013-4 not so bad.

i've had pretty much the exact same thoughts about her current predicaments, she is definitely not beyond aesthetic redemption.

I would really love for this woman to get her shit together.

What's worrying is that she's starting to have that weird bloated look that Anita Pallenberg went through.

Not very trainwrecky. Barrymore looked older than her real age for a while, but she never had that bloated 'crap plastic surgery' look.

drew is one of those those rare anomalies that A) became an alcoholic/addict at a very young age, and 2) addiction is clearly in her dna and those inherit addicts usually have the most trouble stopping because the impulse to use is being sent from an area of the brain we have no conscious control iover whatsoever. And still she drinks on occasion.
I assume the reports of her tween alcohol/drug addicting were wildly exaggerated. It take a lot of consistent effort to earn the title of addict.

yeah i imagine a lot of the controversy of her was more her age and the rarity of situations like that (relative to today) more than her level of consumption. it is nice that DB is this one prominent happy story of perseverence while the Lohans of the world keep going down that path and not really coming back.

Interestingly, Drew emancipated herself from her parents at 14 and basically from that point forward never did anything substance-wise that got the same amount of attention that the wild escapades that led to her rehab stints (according to Wikipedia, she was smoking cigarettes by 9, drinking by 11, smoking weed by 12 and snorting coke by 13; after her first rehab stint, she went back to her parents and tried to kill herself).

Although that did lead into the period of time when she couldn't seem to keep her clothes on...
