Urgh. A former hook-up asked if I wanted to hang out later tonight and I had to give this long spiel about how I'm in a pretty committed relationship at the moment and that if we hung out we would probably hookup, and by doing so I'd be lying to Phillip and him as well. I really hate excluding people, but if it's a choice between possibly hurting someone's feelings and betraying my loved one, the right decision is clear (but still sucks to make).

Pretty much — we met via a hookup site and and our relationship has been framed as almost exclusively sexual. I just hate telling anyone "no".

My ex finally finished "home improvements" at his place a few weeks ago and has been after me to pay a house call. I wouldn't mind the booty but lately his conversational range has contracted thinner than my hairline.

i bought a rice cooker. many wholesome grains await me in he future.

also i have booked a flight to SFO for a gay wedding in september.

really need to get up there again one of these days

and i have another gay wedding to attend in nyc in july.

i've never been to a gay wedding. i went to a house party on saturday and this guy i'm maybe vaguely interested in (haven't quite worked this out) (which means i'm not THAT interested really) didn't show up and i had a v nice time. now i'm absolutely famished due to having LITERALLY NO FOOD in the house apart from enough pasta for one meal (which means i can't eat it too early otherwise i'll get hungry again before i go to bed) because i ordered the grocery shop for tomorrow instead of today :(

maybe it balances out my ploughing through six consecutive pies and a bratwurst yesterday to combat my hangover (v successfully)
