ABC's hangout comedy Happy Endings, starring Coupe, Cuthbert, Casey, and Wayans the Younger

Thought it was great tonight, but I'm a total Jane/Brad stan. Also big props to the rest of the cast for working so well together that the "cuuuuttee shirt" stuff worked.

at first i was feeling like the show was off, but then i loled so hard at

Brad's face when Penny explained the door metaphor was a gem. Also their fake fight was good. And "The Vanilla is ME".

Yes, the fake fight was amazing.

Jane/Brad are my favorite tv couple at this point.

basically every time Damon says this, it is hilarious

the crazy thing about this show is that zachary knighton isn't even a lame 'leading man' weak link anymore, everybody's pretty funny

He was funnier than usual last night, but I'm not ready yet to elevate him to "not lame" status.

No half-naked James Wolk but still awesome (the fake fight was stupid-good)

ha a couple episodes ago when everyone was contemptuous of elisha cuthbert for adding the letter "m" at the beginning of words, i was like...i do that. :/

The entire scene with Penny stashing the food was funny AND had me on the edge of my seat.

Cuthbert had a great throwaway line coming into the apartment in that scene, but I forget what it was now.

I like how the Max-with-two-identical-stuffed-animals gag is becoming a runner this season (cubs, horses).

Man, you guys really make me want to like this show. Not sure I'm up to it though.

At first I thought I was overrating it due to Community withdrawal (they share producers, and a few writers). But now I think I'm digging it on its own terms, particularly the Wayans/Coupe juggernaut.

Actually thought the last episode was one of the weaker ones this season. I think you're just ILE-impressionable, or maybe we all develop our H.E. (or the Coupe/Wayans) love at different stages.

There were lolz when Wayans was being convinced that he rented Mamma Mia, but yeah, the scavenger hunt plotline didn't really produce the lolz.

oh, and Wayans playing the guilt card with his shrugging.

Oh, the scavenger hunt subplot kind of sucked but I liked the whole Kerkovich mindfuck thing. Was pretty into "Cocktails and Dreams" though.

idk, that was pretty awful and played out, but "the Kerkovich thing" saved the episode

this. Never found Hughes to be the least bit hat-tip worthy. This episode had its moments (as usual, those with Jane and Brad), but I found it kind of flat.

Casey Wilson's delivery on "My plates never grew together" was A+, though.
