xp I feel like I'll never have the lung capacity to dance again. As I mentioned on twitter, however, I do have leftover hydrocondone so I'm going to sleep soundly and (relatively) coughlessly tonight.

I was not inconvenienced by President Obama's visit to Chicago.

The South Loop was all kinds of fucked up, I've really never seen anything like it. The entire area around my office was gridlocked in literally every direction because no one knew for sure where to go and there was no direction. Even the alley by our parking garage was bumper-to-bumper with people trying to escape. Jealous of people getting to see Janelle Monae though.

Yeah, BHO's visit bothered me 0.

I wouldn't have been bothered at all if I hadn't needed to drive to the office today.

hmm apparently it was a good thing I worked really late tonight or else bho's visit (which I didn't find out about until like half an hour ago) would have destroyed my life

I figure my ease tonight was karmic payback for the week-long bus reroute shitshow I and many others endured due to his election night victory party set-up.

terriers stays pretty consistent so if you didn't like the first ep the rest probably won't suddenly change your mind but there is an overarching plot that develops and gets more complex. it's not like a blow you away amazing kinda show, it's more like a fun, comfortable, charming show.

we're only about 5 episodes in btw

dang it's snowing so hard but doesn't seem to be sticking at all. all this wasted effort by god.

i think the problem is all the snow seems to be going sideways, instead of towards the ground.
