Jenna is amazing.

Your heartbeat soun like sasquatch feet (polyphonic), Friday, 2 January 2009 21:10 (seventeen years ago)

"Never go with a hippy to a second location."

Missed this first time round, had me lolling today.

Not the real Village People, Tuesday, 6 January 2009 23:42 (seventeen years ago)

Where's 30 Rock's Josh?! — Brit
MICKEY: Officially, Lonny Ross, who plays the impression-happy comic, is still considered a cast member and (theoretically) will recur on the series. But sources are telling me that there's an effort afoot to steer 30 Rock away from the show-within-a-show, which will necessitate the pruning of several players from Tina Fey's narrative bonsai, Ross among them.

some dude, Wednesday, 7 January 2009 23:54 (seventeen years ago)

tgs already seems like it has a pretty marginal role. i mean, with maybe the exception of putting on the christmas show, it's been just background this season.

circles, Thursday, 8 January 2009 02:00 (seventeen years ago)

so yeah, rip josh gerard, we hardly knew ye

circles, Thursday, 8 January 2009 02:02 (seventeen years ago)

That's troubling, but Josh was never one of the more important TGS players. I just hope they keep enough of the writers room bits around for an occasional laugh at least every (or every other) week.

Johnny Fever, Thursday, 8 January 2009 02:11 (seventeen years ago)

yeah, we've kinda been over that one character's disappearance and i don't really mind it (although he had his moments), but you could read that as either a confirmation of the general drift away from TGS or like that there's gonna be more and more Jack talking to Liz about his wacky NBC power struggles, which there's really enough of.

some dude, Thursday, 8 January 2009 02:18 (seventeen years ago)

3 hr salute to Benny Hill

I like agressive women with a nerdy vibe. Let's get some coffee and explore this...

Every Day Jimmy Mod Is Hustlin' (Jimmy The Mod Awaits The Return Of His Beloved), Friday, 9 January 2009 02:35 (seventeen years ago)

I want a shirt like Tracy's. I'll pass on the shoes.

Johnny Fever, Friday, 9 January 2009 02:36 (seventeen years ago)

(although, in this economy, I should probably do the reverse)

Johnny Fever, Friday, 9 January 2009 02:36 (seventeen years ago)

cat sound...

Oh, I lied. I've seen your show... >:\

Every Day Jimmy Mod Is Hustlin' (Jimmy The Mod Awaits The Return Of His Beloved), Friday, 9 January 2009 03:15 (seventeen years ago)

Tracy Michael Jordan Catalano (Jordan), Friday, 9 January 2009 06:21 (seventeen years ago)

Senor Macho Solo lol

sous les paves, Friday, 9 January 2009 06:35 (seventeen years ago)

yeah, "a blaffair to rememblack" was pretty amazing

miss precious perfect (musically), Friday, 9 January 2009 06:36 (seventeen years ago)

I pretty much got the joke when whats-his-midget said 'i have seen your show' but the look he gave afterward triggered such a violent expulsion of laughter on my part I apologized to my girlfriend and almost every inanimate object in the room for such rude behavior.

josephcharles, Friday, 9 January 2009 07:27 (seventeen years ago)

(also I am very much aware whats-his-midget is Mr. Peter Dinklage and he was very good in 30 Rock tonight as he was in Find Me Guilty ^_^ )

josephcharles, Friday, 9 January 2009 07:29 (seventeen years ago)

good episode. when Salma showed up in that orange dress my wife went "woah" and I responded in total bro mode "I KNOW" and she laughed for like 3 straight minutes after that.

some dude, Friday, 9 January 2009 07:31 (seventeen years ago)

there were a bunch of other lines that I lost it over but I kind of forgot them all after the blaffair to rememblack

☺♑ (joygoat), Friday, 9 January 2009 07:31 (seventeen years ago)

I liked that episode quite a bit.

Your heartbeat soun like sasquatch feet (polyphonic), Friday, 9 January 2009 08:35 (seventeen years ago)

Macarena; baby + taco = you're welcome at a puerto rican quinceanera (I didn't think puerto ricans did those but I accept that 30 Rock writers are just messing with me/people from latin america), the whole exchange where tracy tells jack his test is postitive -- that is to say that the results are positive in that they are negative and he can see where there could be some confusion...

Every Day Jimmy Mod Is Hustlin' (Jimmy The Mod Awaits The Return Of His Beloved), Friday, 9 January 2009 15:03 (seventeen years ago)

the whole exchange where tracy tells jack his test is postitive -- that is to say that the results are positive in that they are negative and he can see where there could be some confusion...

I could swear I have seen this bit on some other show or movie, but I don't remember where.

Nicolars (Nicole), Friday, 9 January 2009 15:23 (seventeen years ago)

well, it was kind of a parody of a bit that's been done a bunch of times, that was the point. you're probably thinking of Seinfeld, though.

some dude, Friday, 9 January 2009 15:24 (seventeen years ago)

yah lol tracy walking off JOKES COMEDY AHAHAHAH

ice cr?m, Friday, 9 January 2009 15:32 (seventeen years ago)

I wish there was more scenes done in crazy armour or whatever costumes. It just adds so much more.

a hoy hoy, Friday, 9 January 2009 15:45 (seventeen years ago)

weak episode. i was high and yet only chuckled a couple times. selma is not a good comedic actor.

hope this helps (Granny Dainger), Friday, 9 January 2009 15:54 (seventeen years ago)

As I was going to sleep last night I remembered CAT SOUND.

☺♑ (joygoat), Friday, 9 January 2009 16:56 (seventeen years ago)

maybe it was a weak episode "plot-wise" or whatever but i had more actual lols last night than at any other ep this season ("you can move or you can watch, but this is happening!"

Tracy Michael Jordan Catalano (Jordan), Friday, 9 January 2009 16:59 (seventeen years ago)

"The Office" went there with Kevin's cancer prognosis.

Was that the subjunctive?

Calling All Creeps! (contenderizer), Friday, 9 January 2009 17:05 (seventeen years ago)

seinfeld did it with george, when they're making the nbc pilot.

"a blaffair to rememblack" XD XD XD XD XD XD XD XD

choke on my mess of a schlaporito (k3vin k.), Friday, 9 January 2009 18:38 (seventeen years ago)

blaffair to rememblack was just biting this old simpsons joke

Announcer: Next, on Exploitation Theatre... Blackula, followed by
Blackenstein, and the Blunchblack of Blotre Blame!
Homer: [watching] Oooh, funky!

http://www.ilxor.com/ILX/ThreadSelectedControllerServlet?boardid=40&thredid=57321

and what, Friday, 9 January 2009 18:43 (seventeen years ago)

Be that as it may, "A Blaffair to Rememblack" is far superior. It was worth the wait in years for the perfection of that joke.

WARS OF ARMAGEDDON (Karaoke Version) (Sparkle Motion), Saturday, 10 January 2009 05:56 (seventeen years ago)

"you can move or you can watch, but this is happening!"

This was amazing. But the prank call line had us lolling well into the next scene.

Gorgeous Preppy (G00blar), Saturday, 10 January 2009 11:45 (seventeen years ago)

Also: NIGHT CHICKS

Gorgeous Preppy (G00blar), Saturday, 10 January 2009 11:45 (seventeen years ago)

I've been disappointed with this season so far, but this episode was great.

Stevie T, Saturday, 10 January 2009 12:10 (seventeen years ago)

this one and the anniston one (imo)* and the school reunion were a++.

*mainly for the night court stuff though. i dunno why, i've never even heard of night court, but then neither had tracy jordan (a court? at night? i'm already laughing!).

DANCE MUSIC STUCK AT RECOMBINANT PLATEAU (special guest stars mark bronson), Saturday, 10 January 2009 12:14 (seventeen years ago)

I want a dollar top hat.

"Wooooooooooah, what's that iron bird?"
"They had planes in the sixties, Jenna."

+ Kenneth asking Lemon's date what its like living under the bridge.

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 10 January 2009 12:51 (seventeen years ago)
