Chris, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:39 (fourteen years ago)

he may be shit in every other way but god damn if jenkinson isn't the first arsenal player since cashley who can cross the ball.

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:40 (fourteen years ago)

i'm struggling to believe that routledge is this good tbh

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:40 (fourteen years ago)

Anon via text: "25 years ago today, when Alex Ferguson took over at Manchester United the bottom 4 clubs were Chelsea, Man united, Newcastle United, and Man City.

interesting if true

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:41 (fourteen years ago)

Missed the first 20 mins, but this has been pretty crap fare from Liverpool.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:41 (fourteen years ago)

the first 20 mins was our best period. Carroll with the best chance, Reina with the best save.

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:42 (fourteen years ago)

Even game.

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:42 (fourteen years ago)

every time johnson gets forward it's centrally for some bizarre reason rather than down the right.

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:44 (fourteen years ago)

interesting if true

Probably is true: I know United and City were in the bottom four, not sure about the other two

it was a one-line from Futurama but yeah i'm assuming it's true

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:46 (fourteen years ago)

AScooley on Twitter: "A plane has flown over Ewood park with a banner saying "STEVE KEAN OUT" ...You have got to feel sorry for the bloke."

man ppl really dislike this chicken

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:46 (fourteen years ago)

Wellbeck / OG puts United ahead in injury time after a shite first half performance. Steve Bruce will be livid.

Brown og you say?

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:48 (fourteen years ago)

NOTEBOOKS OUT, CONSPIRACY THEORISTS

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:51 (fourteen years ago)

What a shit game. Thanks Agent Brown

Number None, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:53 (fourteen years ago)

I hope Kean doesn't go, EPL badly needs this running lol.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:53 (fourteen years ago)

^^^

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:57 (fourteen years ago)

i hope the venky's guys don't realise you can sack the manager

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:57 (fourteen years ago)

I guess they've already set 7-1 as the trigger point for formal procedures

MPx4A, Saturday, 5 November 2011 15:58 (fourteen years ago)

Vorm's got a lovely right foot.

Chris, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:06 (fourteen years ago)

Actually if Kean out means Shearer in, I might reconsider.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:06 (fourteen years ago)

Shearer certainly has the experience to take Blackburn back to where they belong

Bond 23: Skyrim (Noodle Vague), Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:07 (fourteen years ago)

Shearer-Le Saux partnership for max lols.

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:08 (fourteen years ago)

things in football that dont seem right even though they are factz pt. 649

Former England international Danny Mills is at Old Trafford for BBC Radio 5 live

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:11 (fourteen years ago)

Would love to see Steve Bruce's record against Utd.

James Mitchell, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:12 (fourteen years ago)

Mills won loads of caps. Reference to 'former England man Andy Johnson' shocked me in midweek though.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:13 (fourteen years ago)

Always enjoy 'former England International Zat Knight' cheers Sven

MPx4A, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:17 (fourteen years ago)

Bruce has never won against Utd as manager

Number None, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:18 (fourteen years ago)

Would love to see Steve Bruce's record against Utd

I expect it would consist largely of defeats, seeing as he was in charge of Birmingham and Wigan who were desperately fighting relegation most of the time and now a mediocre Sunderland team, while United were winning title after title. Similarly, I expect his record against Chelsea hasn't been very good, while United's record against, say West Brom or Charlton is probably pretty good.

swansea cranking up the pressure

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:20 (fourteen years ago)

reina gets lucky/good. LFC on the ropes.

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:23 (fourteen years ago)

Agbonlahor's now set up two goals for D Bent and scored one himself

MPx4A, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:23 (fourteen years ago)

shit

Chris, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:24 (fourteen years ago)

reina gets lucky/good AGAIN!

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:24 (fourteen years ago)

suarez's first touch has been poor today

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:25 (fourteen years ago)

Even when the odds are against them (Swansea), they still seem to get their foot to the ball and knock it on to a team mate. Remarkable stuff.

Chris, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:26 (fourteen years ago)

1621: Deary me, that is awful! Blackburn - again - are left to rue some poor finishing as Grant Hanley is presented with an open goal as Petr Cech can only parry Morten Gamst Pedersen's free-kick, but the youngster contrives to fire straight at the prostrate Chelsea keeper. Ellery Hanley would have scored that, I think.

one day someone will teach the bbc that they do not need to put in every detail they can think of in just one sentence and then that they don't need a shitty punchline for the next, a lot more precise sentence. minds will be blown.

a hoy hoy, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:26 (fourteen years ago)

getting penned in at the Kop end!

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:26 (fourteen years ago)

dowd gives a free kick that wasn't but as he gives it it should be a pen cos inside the box

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:28 (fourteen years ago)

Jenas, in a Villa shirt, it looks kinda wrong

MPx4A, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:28 (fourteen years ago)

This isn't good. Swansea unlucky not to have a penalty there.

Ismael Klata, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:29 (fourteen years ago)

LFC getting straight murdered in midfield 2nd half.

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:29 (fourteen years ago)

Think we need to take a striker off tbh and get an extra man in MF

pandemic, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:30 (fourteen years ago)

United (finally) all over Sunderland, but can't get a second goal

Mister Potato shares Manchester United’s commitment to (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:31 (fourteen years ago)

Arteta, blimey.

James Mitchell, Saturday, 5 November 2011 16:31 (fourteen years ago)
