Well, yeah, but doesn't mean I want to see them. My feed is cluttered up enough as it is without being forced to see tweets from people I don't even follow (yes, I know I can shut this feature off, but tbh 'off' should be the default for this). I've made my peace with promoted trending topics, but inserting tweets into feeds is annoying.
