Pizza dough I made—and refrigerated—yesterday, topped with tinned Italian cherry tomatoes, capers, the cheapest ham I could find (which turns out to be pretty good ham), and ... barely enough cheese to cover (I'm reduced to using the little nub-ends of cheese one accumulates in the fridge). I NEED MONEY :-(

I fucking made pumpkin and sweet potato turnovers. They took a fucking age to make but the tomato sauce in them was perfect and I never woulda fucking thought of putting fucking mustard in them. They were fucking delicious and deliciously greasy.

Boca veggie "Italian sausage," some red bliss potato salad from Whole Foods, and a big salad including radicchio, tomatoes, mozarella, cinnamon-coated pecans and locally grown raspberries, covered with a blackberry vinaigrette from the Cleveland Botanical Garden, plus a bottle of fucking Red Stripe.

We ate some fucking pizza with fucking pepperoni and fucking artichokes and it was FUCKING DELICIOUS.

Washed it down with some fucking TINK which if you don't know is fucking GRAPEFRUIT SODA from fucking JAMAICA motherfucker!

Early Thanksgiving potluck. TWO turkeys, two vats of mashed potatoes, multiple boxes of stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and corn pudding, for the basics. People also brought spinach & eggplant salad, some kind of Germanic macaroni & cheese, sausage balls, crackers & dips, hot cider with whiskey, beer, several desserts (I contributed apple crisp), and bread with pot butter. It was ridiculous. And glorious.
