i watched the last three episodes this weekend. just caught up with this thread. a fun way to read this thread, given how many lol predictions there were.

She had information he needed quickly. Also, he beats up/hurts/kills Saul's receptionist, do you think Saul is going to continue to do business with him?

yeah i mean if you've got a couple of hundred grand in your cellar then, even if the house it being watched, that seems like the smarter big picture thing to do.

walt is nuts though of course.

I find it interesting that there is some part of him that's still easily cowed by someone just shouting at him, though. Like, I wonder if he'd just pinned receptionist lady against the wall and shouted back would she have given up the info? Maybe not. But of course that would make him incredibly unsympathetic and we wouldn't have had the cool and tense scene that followed. So I think we won, really.
