Pretty sure that the clues add up to the evil corporation behind Cluckin' Chicken gathering up the "corpses" of Fring, Tyrus, Hector, and Ted and making a Super Frankensoldier for Walt to fight in the last season. Baby Holly will be a mutant (from whatever Walt was exposed to that gave him cancer) and she will be a major player. Just wait and see.

Yeah, s1ocki otm -- developing Tyrus' character would have made as much sense as developing the ricin cigarette's character. He was there, he was one of the tools available in Gus' toolbox, not everybody with lines has to be fleshed out.

Jesse + Walt sink the remaining capital into a line of hand-rolled incense using natural herbs & plants from the mountains of New Mexico - it's a whole thing, man, all natural and very cleansing. Most episodes next season involve the nuts and bolts of making incense as the ancient peoples did, by reducing flowers and leaves to essential oil and then infusing pine resin with the resultant oil. To be clear I liked Tyrus and had no issues with him. But clearly he was being set up to die.

i wish they had fleshed out the character of that guy who walt shot in the elevator in the finale

and if i had to pick a defining trait it wouldn't be so much "mean" as "annoyed," which is way more entertaining.

victor seemed sort of cold and a hired killer. tyrus just seemed grumpy and annoying. didn't play the part well imo, regardless of character development or lack thereof.

I gotta admit though, Saul's secretary became a top-10 character in 1/1000th the screen time that Tyrus got. Zero to awesome in 30 seconds.

My only real problem w/ this season: not enough time w/ Jesse, mostly in the back half of the season.

i thought the last walt/jesse scene, like a lot of this ep, had a sort of wry quality to it, like it was the writers reminding us what a pair they are. felt the same about the laundry scene, was kinda like "crazy walt and jesse are back on the road again" or something. at least until the plant reveal.

Here's a question: what loyalty does Walt still have to Jesse? And why? He could have just shot him in the basement of the lab, and maybe for a split second we were supposed to think he would, except that no one expected Walt to shoot Jesse. But why not? It would sure tie up a ton of loose ends for Walt.
