Yeah, but the actually killing of Gus was hardly a deep collaboration. I mean, Jesse was all for it, but if he was worried about retribution from ... someone ... then he's pretty far down on the "people to kill" list. But why, say, Mike the Pro would want him or even Walt dead is unclear at this point. Unless they do something dumb and sick Chilean war criminals off to New Mexico or something. My guess is that both Ted business and the DEA will be tightening the noose next season. I mean, they will find Gus's car at the hospital. Why was he at the hospital? They will have video of him meeting with Jesse, who Hank will know very well. Or that old last next door to the tio will describe Walt. Not to mention Jesse's mention of ricin no doubt may draw even more Feds.

jesse isn't worried about retribution - more like he's concerned that he collaborated in the killing of a boss who was grooming him for bigger things, based on a hunch from walt that turned out to be all wrong - factor in the psychological journey jesse has been on the entire season and it's easy to see why he's not like oh we blew up gus nbd

Hopefully next season will explore the ins and outs of the carwash game.

iirc jesse told walt about hector (in the context of "where can I find gus so I can kill him"), saul connected the dots, gave walt the motivation to force gus to visit the nursing home

Pretty sure that the clues add up to the evil corporation behind Cluckin' Chicken gathering up the "corpses" of Fring, Tyrus, Hector, and Ted and making a Super Frankensoldier for Walt to fight in the last season. Baby Holly will be a mutant (from whatever Walt was exposed to that gave him cancer) and she will be a major player. Just wait and see.

Yeah, s1ocki otm -- developing Tyrus' character would have made as much sense as developing the ricin cigarette's character. He was there, he was one of the tools available in Gus' toolbox, not everybody with lines has to be fleshed out.

Jesse + Walt sink the remaining capital into a line of hand-rolled incense using natural herbs & plants from the mountains of New Mexico - it's a whole thing, man, all natural and very cleansing. Most episodes next season involve the nuts and bolts of making incense as the ancient peoples did, by reducing flowers and leaves to essential oil and then infusing pine resin with the resultant oil. The result is an incense that burns longer and cleaner with none of the sooty, sawdusty smell of other incenses on the market today. Jesse + Walt's all natural incenses, the entirety of the final season

To be clear I liked Tyrus and had no issues with him. But clearly he was being set up to die.

Victor didn't have much of a character either but Tyrus was just so much more...smug

i wish they had fleshed out the character of that guy who walt shot in the elevator in the finale

and if i had to pick a defining trait it wouldn't be so much "mean" as "annoyed," which is way more entertaining.

victor seemed sort of cold and a hired killer. tyrus just seemed grumpy and annoying. didn't play the part well imo, regardless of character development or lack thereof.

I gotta admit though, Saul's secretary became a top-10 character in 1/1000th the screen time that Tyrus got. Zero to awesome in 30 seconds.
