That we are looking at a season akin to Liverpool last season, not qualifying for the CL - at least, morale is about as low as it has ever been and the only way out is a fresh fucking change? It was, in its way, terrific fun supporting Liverpool last season. You're not going to be relegated, you're not going to go bust, just enjoy the ride.

"it is time to push him and the borad out the door" is not the same as admitting to yourself that it's not working out and, if that's how you feel, that changes need to be made. i'm also pretty sure the divorce analogy is not great because i don't think we'd be better off without any manager at all than in an, apparently, dysfunctional relationship with the one we've got. if you are going down that route though, i'd rather we gave marriage counselling a try before giving up on the whole thing.
