nickalicious (nickalicious), Wednesday, 19 February 2003 17:55 (twenty-three years ago)

That's actually the mild-mannered-insurance-man-Nickalicious by day, all-out-RAWKor-Nickalicious-by-night.

Although Nickalicious-as-the-stoner-from-Doonesbury is pretty damned accurate.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Wednesday, 19 February 2003 18:00 (twenty-three years ago)

You work in insurance? My illusionas are so shattered.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Thursday, 20 February 2003 08:45 (twenty-three years ago)

¿nickalicious in inurance? all the precious truths that held my reality together are crumbling, there is no more right and wrong

dyson (dyson), Thursday, 20 February 2003 08:52 (twenty-three years ago)

Insurance is the new Media.

Lara (Lara), Thursday, 20 February 2003 08:55 (twenty-three years ago)

I'm glad I graduated two years ago then - I'd hate to say my degree was in insurance and popular culture. With philosophy.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Thursday, 20 February 2003 08:57 (twenty-three years ago)

Hey, I ain't got no insurance degree, it just pays the bills.

Insurance can be way more intriguing than on first guess. Did you know that Lloyd's of London sells Alien Abduction Insurance policies? And what's more, they have paid alien abduction claims!?!

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 20 February 2003 14:12 (twenty-three years ago)

B-but insurance companies won't pay up without solid proof! Has film noir told us nothing?

Andrew Farrell (afarrell), Thursday, 20 February 2003 14:16 (twenty-three years ago)

Did you know that Lloyd's of London sells Alien Abduction Insurance policies? And what's more, they have paid alien abduction claims!?!

Did the claimants send evidence of rectal damage? Have you seen the photos??

Lara (Lara), Thursday, 20 February 2003 14:36 (twenty-three years ago)

One of the alien abduction claims was a woman who got pregnant supposedly by the "alien seed", and they paid her hospital bills for the birthing, as well as lamaze and other stuff.

Lloyd's of London is one of those companies that make insurance interesting at all. They'll insure athlete's body parts, thoroughbred mortality (how I came to deal with them, what with living in Lexington, KY, where horses = EVERYTHING), all kinds of weird stuff.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Thursday, 20 February 2003 14:42 (twenty-three years ago)

When she said alien she meant extra-terrestrial, right? Not some bloke just off the bost from Cuba?

Lara (Lara), Thursday, 20 February 2003 14:51 (twenty-three years ago)

How come Nicole doesn't get to have a head? That's not very nice.

Mary (Mary), Thursday, 20 February 2003 18:16 (twenty-three years ago)

We must spearhead the Give Nicole Head campaign immediately!

...What?

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Thursday, 20 February 2003 18:42 (twenty-three years ago)

She has a head. We just never see her face.

Graham (graham), Thursday, 20 February 2003 19:46 (twenty-three years ago)

I think Dan should still give her head. We shouldn't discriminate.

Lara (Lara), Friday, 21 February 2003 09:18 (twenty-three years ago)

me (esp. in the political-oriented threads round here)!

Ally: http://www.batmantas.com/img/harley6.jpg

Alex in NYC (vassifer), Monday, 31 March 2003 15:28 (twenty-three years ago)

HAHA what is that?!

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 31 March 2003 15:57 (twenty-three years ago)

That, Ally, is Harley Quinn, a kind of kid sidekick of the Joker's in the animated Batman series who proved very popular and therefore became a solo star of sorts. It's very true that she resembles you.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Monday, 31 March 2003 16:47 (twenty-three years ago)

I resemble a sexy harlequin, EXCELLENT.

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 31 March 2003 16:55 (twenty-three years ago)

Mandee, Monday, 31 March 2003 16:57 (twenty-three years ago)

Ally, it's a perfect match; she's a deeply intelligent psychiatrist who moonlights as a completely demented sexy harlequin villianess.

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Monday, 31 March 2003 19:21 (twenty-three years ago)

Pure entertainment value.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Monday, 31 March 2003 19:28 (twenty-three years ago)

Hmmm. I'm alarmed by you people's impression of me.

Ally (mlescaut), Monday, 31 March 2003 19:45 (twenty-three years ago)

you people are all mentalists!

Matos as Meatwad, my goodness. I am definitely full of carbonation but sometimes fall flat, so that's accurate.

Chris Barrus's assessment -- spot on. Arguably this would be even more so:

But it depends who had the guns at what time.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 5 April 2003 01:30 (twenty-three years ago)

DON'T LET N. KNOW ABOUT YR CARTOONIFICATION OF DAN! JESUS NED THAT'S DANGEROUS!

Matos as Meatwad actually originally occured way up thread, because of his dancing style.

Ally (mlescaut), Saturday, 5 April 2003 01:33 (twenty-three years ago)

Danger is what Dan is short for.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 5 April 2003 01:38 (twenty-three years ago)

The Siberia FAP.
