bellhop boy (brodie), Saturday, 9 July 2011 05:57 (fourteen years ago)

also we’re divorced now and i hate this movie. (contenderizer), Saturday, 9 July 2011 05:59 (fourteen years ago)

whee is everyone

love the philosophy expressed by this typo

silly, and frankly, anti-wiki (reddening), Saturday, 9 July 2011 06:22 (fourteen years ago)

a craigslist search for "bellhop" reveals a lot of people still using the archaic term "bellboy." others are overcompensating in the other direction and looking for "bell people."

silly, and frankly, anti-wiki (reddening), Saturday, 9 July 2011 06:25 (fourteen years ago)

are there any of those where you are

bellhop boy (brodie), Saturday, 9 July 2011 06:47 (fourteen years ago)

no, there's only one hotel in my town fancy enough to have bellhops and it doesn't look like they're hiring. however they're looking for a so-called bell-valet in utah, so if you like mormons and stark landscapes that might be a good choice.

silly, and frankly, anti-wiki (reddening), Saturday, 9 July 2011 06:53 (fourteen years ago)

awsome sounds allright

bellhop boy (brodie), Saturday, 9 July 2011 08:43 (fourteen years ago)

though i guess i'll have to get my drivers license first

bellhop boy (brodie), Saturday, 9 July 2011 10:10 (fourteen years ago)

You know brodie, I've been lurking on Internet forums for the last ten years and you are one of the finest creations / event threads I have ever seen. You have impressed me so much as to make me come out of nonexistence so please keep coming to the board. I'm sure ilxor will provide an amusing and interesting birthday party for the rest of the month. In the meantime, never forget this: prove yourself brave, truthful, unselfish, and someday, you will be a real bellhop.

brodie my man

carstens, Sunday, 10 July 2011 05:51 (fourteen years ago)

brodie should women be allowed to "hop the bell"? should bellgirls wear the same uniform as bellboys or should they wear a different kind of hat maybe? is it cheating if a bellhop hauls luggage around in one of these things?

http://i56.tinypic.com/2db1g5s.jpg

are elevators cheating? brodie do you practice bellhopping by carrying your family's luggage up and down the stairs, weighed down with rocks and books to simulate an authentic bellhopping experience? brodie are you a strongman?

why delonge face? (unregistered), Sunday, 10 July 2011 05:55 (fourteen years ago)

yeah im strong but i dont liv in a 2 story house :(

bellhop boy (brodie), Sunday, 10 July 2011 06:11 (fourteen years ago)

you guys the term "bellgirl" is demeaning, please have some respect and call them bellladies

bellehops

VIRGIN ROO (darraghmac), Sunday, 10 July 2011 09:17 (fourteen years ago)

Brodie I'd really like to hear your thoughts re female bellhops.

Jesse, Sunday, 10 July 2011 19:54 (fourteen years ago)

sure i guess girls can be bellhops to i dont think bellhops should be a guy only job

bellhop boy (brodie), Sunday, 10 July 2011 23:21 (fourteen years ago)

hello anyone here

bellhop boy (brodie), Monday, 11 July 2011 02:55 (fourteen years ago)

no :(

gr8080, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:08 (fourteen years ago)

I stayed at a place once where the bellpeople were called bellmen

puff puff post (uh oh I'm having a fantasy), Monday, 11 July 2011 03:11 (fourteen years ago)

do you think the term "bellmaster" is reserved for people who are really good at playing handbells, or can the term be applied to teenage bellmen?

layers of layers of dough and butter (reddening), Monday, 11 July 2011 03:14 (fourteen years ago)

that would be an embarrassing faux pas if you got it wrong. "here's my luggage, bellmaster." "oh i'm sorry, i don't carry luggage, i am in fact a highly skilled player of the handbells."

layers of layers of dough and butter (reddening), Monday, 11 July 2011 03:16 (fourteen years ago)

why would a bellmaster be in australia that is highly unlikely

iatee, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:18 (fourteen years ago)

dude in charge of all the bellhops at a hotel is usually called the "bell captain" fyi

gr8080, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:22 (fourteen years ago)

yeah its true the bell captain trains the new bellhops yousing on the job training

bellhop boy (brodie), Monday, 11 July 2011 03:26 (fourteen years ago)

xxp i'd assume the bellmaster was there for some kind of high-culture performance, otherwise he would of course be sitting in a climate-controlled room with his wrists resting on velvet cushions for insurance purposes

layers of layers of dough and butter (reddening), Monday, 11 July 2011 03:27 (fourteen years ago)

brodie do you have any particular hotels that you would consider to be your 'dream job'? like the waldorf astoria or something?

iatee, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:29 (fourteen years ago)

the newcastle rose and crown?

estela, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:52 (fourteen years ago)

brodie, would you like it if australian bellhops were called bellmates.

estela, Monday, 11 July 2011 03:55 (fourteen years ago)

sure i dont really mand what were called

bellhop boy (brodie), Monday, 11 July 2011 04:03 (fourteen years ago)

though i dont know what hotels in Australia that actually have bellhops
what are bellhops in Australia called

bellhop boy (brodie), Monday, 11 July 2011 04:05 (fourteen years ago)

they're called bellmates and you'd know that if you paid more attention to estela
