That's not real. It's a take on the infamous lotus breast shop thing that went around a few years ago. I would not look that up if I were you. Wait - yes, yes I would but that's because I never learn.
I made mini penne pasta the other night and they were all stuck together at the bottom of the pot because I am lazy and didn't stir and when I went to drain it there were so many holes - I didn't get too grossed out because but I did think of this thread.
