I could see if that if you don't work or do something where you can read on the job but otherwise that just seems nuts. I might just be a slower reader though. idk.

I'm still noodling through bk 2...I'm not always in the mood to read all the time but I try to read at lunchtimes & bed, afternoon on the weekend. sometimed I'll go full tilt & do a book in a day or 2, but slower pace is my norm lately

Didn't care much for this episode tbh for which I had to wait a FULL WEEK to watch so the mounting anticipation might've set me up for a letdown. I usually like the political intrigue stuff but everything kind of felt inert to me, perhaps I'll re-watch the episode in lieu of reading the book.

Who was the guy who stood up for Tyrion? white dudes in armor all looking the same to me.

that was Bronn, the mercenary who kicked ass & cracked jokes w/Tyrion on the trip up to the Eyrie. He wasn't really wearing armor, just leather, which is partly how he beat a slower knight in full plate.
