how old is andy even supposed to be? i have no idea. i can't tell how old people are anymore.

Andy's about 31, I think.

Most of my friends are April and Andy, now that I think about it.

April is in college or recently graduated IIRC; she was under 21 at the beginning of the show and was working as a intern for college credit.

Andy is closer to Ann's age, which I'd guess makes him at least 30 (can't tell how old Ann the character is but Rashida is 35-36)

Around the last season finale he commented on the age thing, trying desperately to work out the "half his age plus seven" rule. He was thirty, if I recall.

i love april and andy, but fuckin hell i was angry last night.

I like Ben moving in with them because it can set up lots of wacky situations, but I was annoyed by the part where he was like "Here's next month's rent, go buy some stuff for the house" because I kept wondering who would then be paying the rent next month.

at some point I swapped Ben/Adam because I got confused about which one was the character's name and which one was the actor's name

My brother & his girlfriend stayed with us for 2 weeks, mid-20's and while not ott, def April/Andy moments

ie they flew to US from Australia for a month, including a week long sightseeing tour & one would expect a lot of walking. Gf bought TWO pairs of socks. Brother bought no deodorant, toothpaste...cell phones were just on roaming the whole time...gf is lactose intolerant, didnt tell us, ate a whole bowl of icecream...at times Mr Veg and I were just like AGH! How do you even live, lol

Exactly why I'm not crazy about this. First they try to shove another "Benslie" romance on the show, and now they're going the Odd Couple route. Can these three people get along in the same house without killing each other? FIND OUT NEXT WEEK!

I didn't weep but it did have some really moving moments (esp Lesley + Ron relationship)

The whole turning the fence into an outfield and then her making nice with Parker Posey, and THEN throwing Ron the most "Ron" birthday party imaginable makes Leslie Knope my favorite not-real person in the world.

I'm so glad they restyled her character between S1 and S2.

Yeah that final scene was really really great. Also loved how the waffle heresy is what turned Leslie into a maniac.

This show's THING is playing up contrasts. It threw Chris (Rob Lowe, not Andy) (I hope this is not already confusing) into the mix and gave p much everyone a go at interacting with him, and this week they invented a whole town for the parks dept to react to. If that's the zone they've chosen for the show it's a really awesome one.

Very excited about S03E16 btw!
