i guess i phrased that poorly; Comcast is the parent company and Xfinity is Comcast's rebranded name for their cable service

Re Forte, I definitely thought, "Man, I wonder how guys like Paul Brittain feel when the show puts on sketches where more than half the performers are neither cast members nor the host." (Had to do a Twitter search to figure out that was Carmelo Anthony.)

He seems like such a decent dude w/a good sense of humor. But his movies suck. It's all been downhill since Bachelor Party.

I wish he'd do more comedy that showed his natural style, the way he is on SNL or the way he is with Conan

yeah it's such a waste that Hanks has made like 2 non-animated comedies in the last decade and one of them was The Ladykillers. he's so ready to be hilarious at any given moment but so rarely takes the opportunity. almost a shame he's too big a star to ever star in a TV series.

Maybe I'm too close to the theater world (or too easily amused) but I thought the Hugh Jackman sketch was hilarious, especially Kenan as Ice Cube.

Yeah, I'd only recently come around on Gilly, so now I'm a little sad there will be no more sketches.

I'm prob in the minority, but Penelope and Gilly were actually two of my fave Wiig characters. Target Lady not so much.

work on the tweet is that Madonna and Gaga were filming some video together, possibly for SNL.

This is the list of the last 3 eps this year, with Gaga being the musical performer on the finale. SNL usually goes big to end a season, so a Madonna cameo thing wouldn't surprise me (especially with Justin being there too).

After watching that performance, I was convinced Jessie J was going to be HUGE in the U.S.! Oh well.

Jessie J at least has some radio presence here, though. Ellie Goulding is a blog star, and a UK blog star at that.

Lykke Li might've been a good idea. "I Follow Rivers" was even briefly on Glee.

I would've signed on for that 100%. She's awesome in performance.
