I have never seen someone who is not a grocery store employee assist in the bagging of their own groceries in my life. The concept is alien to me.

I think you have bad manners doing when I didn't even see these comments the first time around. You're going to have to back up your childish judgments, I don't think that is appropriate here. Sorry to waste anyone's time, but calling someone "racist" when they find racism very hurtful IRL is vicious and, again, childish.

I rather like the idea of bagging my own groceries if the savings on labor are passed down to the customer, but I suspect if I found a grocery store like that in my area, it would be hard to find products that weren't made entirely out of corn.
