SNOW in SEATTLE ((picture thread))

It was snowing during the morning yesterday but then it warmed up and most of it melted, enough so that I biked to the corner store around 4PM on clear roads. Been snowing a bit off and on today, but not really enough to stick.

Sounds like it didn't snow yesterday in Seattle though? I just was under the assumption that it had.

It did snow in Seattle. I watched the snow fall off and on all day on the corner of 11th and Pine. Snowed quite heavily at times during the afternoon and again from 5-6:30. There was snow on all the cars and roofs this morning but virtually none on the yards/trees.

this is happening!

and also in tacoma, where the snow is more diverse, less caught up in trying to be something it isn't

and also in everett, where the snow doesn't really have much to do

my friend said it wasn't snowing in seattle yesterday, but we're on our second day up here

it snowed in pdx briefly just now but it couldn't find a job and had to leave

Pouring down snow in the south end just now :) I flew in last night from AL and was worried; glad it held off until today though the commute tomorrow could be treacherous.

haha, no. It was just 4 inches on Cap. Hill that has since melted. But it might be tomorrow.

it's fairly bad up here. my classes were canceled for today.

I don't know why I expected different, but my mind was blown when I was visiting Seattle and heard how little snow they get. That made me want to live there even more.

Heavy eastside snow means snow day for me! I got to the office and pretty much headed right back home:
