I don't know, its just hard going from Cameron (who I think was very underrated re her prettiness) to 13 set me up to always appreciate having eye candy on this show. Cuddy doesn't really do it for me. There's plenty of male eye candy though.

I was referring to Masters, I mean she is cute but definitely not hot the way Cameron and 13 were and since she's young and kind of a nerd I can't see them writing anything romantic for her.

I do miss Cameron for the same reason you do, she definitely was a 10/10 for me, but so is Cuddy, her body is ridiculous

either taub or wilson could end up with narcky howser as they are now both unattached.

what gets me is how Taub gets all these chicks.

I've wondered that myself. Given his little speech during the most recent episode, I think he is just really good at selling himself, "I fixed cleft palletes in Africa, I volunteer all the time".

i thought it completely failed to generate any drama or stakes at all. -mordy

all the best drama in that episode involved either Taub or Cutty/Cutty's Mom. maybe you were too focused on house. the bathroom scene with Taub was hella dramatic

u guys are crazy if you think Taub's story lines generated anything at all. I can't even remember what was going on with him - just that his ex's brother punched him for something or other and his wife was like, "i won't let him do that anymore." snooze hallmark film of the week.

well it's back on sky tonight so i have all this disappointment to look forward to

holy lols @ broken heart house / heart literally broken and spilling blood everywhere. I mean this show has never been all that subtle but jeez guys

yeah that was a really hamfisted but there was a lot of great and sneaky metaphors in all the dream sequences in the week prior so I'm willing to ignore it.

still love this show and I'm glad they're finally taking it in a "dangerous" direction now as I was really not liking this season much. neat ending to yesterday's episode though using Arcade Fire = blaaaaaaaah

I had kinda figured that out 1/2 way through but the wasn't sure by the end. House in monster truck was LOL because it looked so obv fake.

I skipped a bunch of the mid-season episodes because the House/Cuddy thing was driving me nuts, but I came back to it last night and it was pretty good.

Perfect timing too, because Thirteen comes back next ep!

I know quite well this show always had a dose of soap opera in its DNA. But this season it's gone way too far.

It took one second for this show to get good again, and all that happened was Thirteen being reintroduced into the story. I've never been a stan of hers in particular, but she left a crazy and obviously hard-to-fill void when she went on sabbatical and I might be a stan now.

i'm not that convinced, but i did think the episodes since cuddy-house broke up have been the best in the last couple seasons and this one was welcomely not terrible. (house telling thirteen SPOILER that he'd kill her was actually legit moving and one of the first emotional beats House has hit recently that feels earned)

i feel what was great about this scene was it wasn't moving -- there was zero dramatic movement to get House to that point
because as a character, he's down with it from the beginning -- ain't no thing to House. It's the opposite of the Chase episode
where he kills James Earl Jones and psychically vomits for the rest of the season.
