its like i dont understand the conventions, and it feels like boring middleaged ppl figured it out quicker than i did and i'm sick of watching the news and they do their twitter bit and i'm like what? why do ppl on twitter matter. And the stupid fake words its generated are uniformly irritating like what retweet? idk then theres this thing where you're supposed to follow things in realtime now and i'm like what i cant keep up and all of this is gibberish to me.

iirc someone posted a few times (on a thread about people having violent thoughts maybe?) and then later went on to murder someone? I think he signed his name as his posting name is how it all came together. My memory might be playing tricks though.

gibson's pretty rad, like the dude is on a 24/7 sci-fi trip and can't really seem to shake predicting the future. this was a recent one:

FINALLY sorted the people whose tweets i actually care about 100% of the time into a list - along w/turning off retweets by the worst offenders this is changing my life
