He could be a fantastic pick-up, or he could crash and burn and do jail time, or he could just lump along as a moderately good Premier League striker who never quite sets the world on fire. The selling price, and the fact that he's moving between two underperforming clubs with fanatical fanbases, makes for the excitement.
