seeing as how I'm in such a bad mood tonight I'm willing to bet people weren't in the right mood when they saw it

homeless romantic (CaptainLorax), Saturday, 29 January 2011 05:33 (fifteen years ago)

oh okay, it was just that you never said you liked anything about it, only that you hated Tracy

We do it. I can stand them (barely) but 'er indoors can't and won't.

His acting's shite and his subplots are frequently unintelligent, boring and completely inconsequential.

basically just a 2/47 freak out (sic), Saturday, 29 January 2011 07:01 (fifteen years ago)

k1t is irl "Oskar Gibson" and I claim my $5

dirty man haw (Autumn Almanac), Saturday, 29 January 2011 07:40 (fifteen years ago)

i thought it was a mid-level season 5 episode tbh, i.e. an entry level episode overall

caek, Saturday, 29 January 2011 13:39 (fifteen years ago)

the pretaped disaster benefit concept was pretty reminiscent of the SNL sketch with Dana Carvey as Tom Brokaw pretaping all the potential presidential death scenarios

I had the exact same thought, but have to give them a pass since that's one of my favorite sketches ever:

Belzer and Ice-T was incredible

hercudeez and nuts affair (some dude), Friday, 4 February 2011 03:31 (fifteen years ago)

I can tell that, in a lot of ways, this wasn't a great episode. It recycled old gags (Kenneth is nice and Jack can't handle it, Tracy/Jenna competition) and not to any great effect. And yet, I still laughed like a hyena. I wonder if this show has moved beyond any advanced critical faculties I have.

or maybe I just love it every time Brian Williams shows up.

Michael Kors wizard cape made me lololol

VegemiteGrrrl, Friday, 4 February 2011 07:46 (fifteen years ago)

They're beginning to work towards Jack's "In five years we'll all either be working for him... or be dead by his hand" prediction coming true by the end of the season, aren't they?

James Mitchell, Saturday, 5 February 2011 00:34 (fifteen years ago)

lol there's a black sitcom on TV One called "Let's Stay Together," just saw it on the schedule and was like woah Dot Com actually got to make his show! no talking dog, though.

hercudeez and nuts affair (some dude), Saturday, 5 February 2011 02:15 (fifteen years ago)

oh wait no it's on BET. but anyway.

no beans, push to fart (J0rdan S.), Saturday, 5 February 2011 18:35 (fifteen years ago)

Big-city corporate bigwig is reduced to managing a small town branch office! It's comedy gold! It practically writes itself!

Son of Sisyphus of Reaganing (Tarfumes The Escape Goat), Saturday, 5 February 2011 18:40 (fifteen years ago)

who watches the office

originoo gun kl0pper (k3vin k.), Saturday, 5 February 2011 18:45 (fifteen years ago)

Carmen Chao's Chinese accent was so racist, I wish the show would go back to making fun of Puerto Ricans.

Cobra Laser-Face (Leee), Saturday, 5 February 2011 19:51 (fifteen years ago)

the best use of olivia munn yet

"I need to go home and delete everything off my DVR"

r0b /via/ orl (San Te), Saturday, 5 February 2011 20:36 (fifteen years ago)

^^ On rewatching, I caught Ice-T's hilarious response to that: "But aren't you six episodes behind on Top Chef?"

Son of Sisyphus of Reaganing (Tarfumes The Escape Goat), Saturday, 5 February 2011 20:50 (fifteen years ago)

haha I totally missed that!

Johnny Fever, Saturday, 5 February 2011 22:24 (fifteen years ago)

originoo gun kl0pper (k3vin k.), Saturday, 5 February 2011 22:35 (fifteen years ago)

Perfect Couples and Outsourced were the lowest rated NBC comedies this week = all is right with the world.

polyphonic, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:20 (fifteen years ago)

#Egypt

polyphonic, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:20 (fifteen years ago)

ppl turning off their tv after community for half an hour only to turn it on again at 9 are heroes in my book. i just suffer thru perfect couples

Mordy, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:24 (fifteen years ago)

Judging from those Outsourced promos, I always get the sense that it has a lot of actors in brownface.

Cobra Laser-Face (Leee), Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:31 (fifteen years ago)

my dad saysi t's one of the worst things he's ever seen

r0b /via/ orl (San Te), Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:35 (fifteen years ago)

wish they would switch the timeslots for 30 rock and outsourced

max, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:41 (fifteen years ago)

why!?

Mordy, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:42 (fifteen years ago)

Yeah, that would just make it worse than it already is! At least I can see P&R and 30 Rock back to back.

Johnny Fever, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:47 (fifteen years ago)

sorry 30 rock and perfect couples

max, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:50 (fifteen years ago)

oh yeah, that would be ideal

Mordy, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:58 (fifteen years ago)

would be perfect... coupling

ice cr?m, Saturday, 5 February 2011 23:59 (fifteen years ago)

I say just switch Community and Perfect Couples. Outsourced is gross but it's a perfect fit for the local news crowd. Then at 10:30 I can watch Archer and everything is beautiful.
