Can we ever expect a D.J. Roomba-centric episode?

D.J. Roomba, murdered in cold blood by Jerry last year, is resurrected this season and appears in Episode 8. After that, he will be leaving our show to host his own morning show on ABC. We wish him the best.

goddamnn. first 10 minutes were stellar combo of writing and delivery. and Andy as April should be comic gold. what a show.

you had me at meat tornado

johnny crunch, Friday, 28 January 2011 02:42 (fifteen years ago)

The look on Ron's face when he said "you had me at 'Meat Tornado'" was FTW of ALL TIME.

Johnny Fever, Friday, 28 January 2011 02:42 (fifteen years ago)

this is unbelievably as good as "The Practice Date." how is that even possible?

This was one of my favorite episodes.

The whole Andy/Ron bonding plot was A+ and Tom hanging at the spa was pretty great too.

Moodles, Friday, 28 January 2011 14:15 (fifteen years ago)

And did they really use the phrase "shitz" on broadcast TV?!?!

Moodles, Friday, 28 January 2011 14:16 (fifteen years ago)

congratulations (n/a), Friday, 28 January 2011 14:18 (fifteen years ago)

Moodles, Friday, 28 January 2011 14:19 (fifteen years ago)

i'm going to have to start watching this aren't i

i caught an audio-free episode of this on the plane with louis c.k. in it and that was enough to prime me to like it

Tom at the spa was one of my favorite Tom scenes. really good episode

rockapads, Friday, 28 January 2011 16:52 (fifteen years ago)

my wife wonders if Rob Lowe will ever get old and ugly...she calls him a "pretty" man.

Cultivating a manly musk puts your opponents on notice (chrisv2010), Friday, 28 January 2011 17:11 (fifteen years ago)

he used to be pretty boy. now he is pretty man. love the lowe.

He does always seem like he is suffering from dysentery.

Peyton Flanders (Nicole), Friday, 28 January 2011 17:27 (fifteen years ago)

seriously this was the best episode in a long time, rob lowe killed it, amy poehler killed it, can i say again, "network connectivity problems," i actually died laughing, i am posting from.... the afterlife

max, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:27 (fifteen years ago)

sometimes i think my girl watches this show 60% for rob lowe/adam scott

max, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:27 (fifteen years ago)

parks & rec and the office were my faves last night.

scott seward, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:27 (fifteen years ago)

i ran screaming from that new show on nbc. don't want to watch a second of it.

scott seward, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:28 (fifteen years ago)

nbc always does that to me though. scrubs. veronica's closet. i could go on.

scott seward, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:28 (fifteen years ago)

aside from banging some young chicks and taping it, rob lowe is a bro.

Cultivating a manly musk puts your opponents on notice (chrisv2010), Friday, 28 January 2011 17:29 (fifteen years ago)

I loved this show before they were both cast, but the addition of Adam Scott definitely doesn't hurt.

I remember getting into a weird argument about hating Rob Lowe on ilx once. Who could hate Rob Lowe? Crazy people, that's who.

Peyton Flanders (Nicole), Friday, 28 January 2011 17:29 (fifteen years ago)

Okay, I just looked and I became so irate over this topic that I devoted a thread to it, and I am not one to start a lot of threads:

How could anybody hate Rob Lowe?

Peyton Flanders (Nicole), Friday, 28 January 2011 17:30 (fifteen years ago)

rob lowe was kinda wasted on brothers & sisters. even though i watched it cuz i'm a sad sad old lady. i'm glad he can shine in a proper lowe-like manner.

scott seward, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:31 (fifteen years ago)

i think i misunderstand the meaning of "aside from" huh

goole, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:33 (fifteen years ago)

haha i was gonna say

max, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:38 (fifteen years ago)

VegemiteGrrrl, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:40 (fifteen years ago)

Mordy, Friday, 28 January 2011 17:44 (fifteen years ago)

Adam Scott showing a swell fashion sense on these first 2 episodes.

Moodles, Friday, 28 January 2011 18:53 (fifteen years ago)

I need to seek out Party Down - I love everything that Adam Scott does

VegemiteGrrrl, Friday, 28 January 2011 18:55 (fifteen years ago)

Peyton Flanders (Nicole), Friday, 28 January 2011 18:56 (fifteen years ago)

Which reminds me, tangentially, that Megan Mullally will be reappearing this season so I've read. She's awesome everywhere, but was especially so on Parks & Recreation.

Johnny Fever, Friday, 28 January 2011 18:59 (fifteen years ago)

Meg Mullally is married to Swanson in real life.

oh cool, i've been wondering about Party Down. WOrth watching?

Adam Scott is great in The Vicious Kind

VegemiteGrrrl, Friday, 28 January 2011 19:00 (fifteen years ago)

the scene when Amy was talking to the painting was fantastic. I can't remember what she called herself.
