Well, the main characters are the brother and sister. The sister knows this Ethan guy from a few summers ago. Ethan is on the lacrosse team. The brother joined the lacrosse team. There was some drama there.

Oh, and the brother + sister's father is the new principle.

speaking of serious issues facing teens today: i'm kind of surprised by how emaciated most of the female leads are, even by current standards. that poor adrianna character is probably a size 2 in reality, but she looks almost plus-sized next to the others. maybe she's supposed to illustrate the perils of bloating from drug addiction?

UNLESS ian ziering is slated to make an appearance, no? and the kid has blonde hair...

i just watched the Jackie/Kelly scene again. Jackie reeeeaaally pulls that out. i saw a lot of stuff in her performance -- from denial, to wanting to be a good mom even tho you're an addict, to how pathetic alcoholism can be/seem/whatever. A+!
