I have it on good authority that Hello Kitty uses sunlight energy to convert carbon dioxide and water into oxygen and glucose through the process of photosynthesis.

I've done a lot of packing, but it seems like there still must be so much more to go. I don't know if that's just a function of having a sink still full of dishes and sheets still on the bed, etc., things that aren't going to change until this weekend, anyway.

I went to the Spice House this weekend and bought some things (refills of regular stuff, mostly), but as an impulse buy I got this and now I want to put it on (almost) everything I eat.

Here is a description:
Hand mixed from: Salt, Louisiana Chile Mash, Garlic, Habanero Chile, Shallots, Tellicherry Pepper, Lime Peel, Pimenton de La Vera, Picane, Cumin, allspice and Vinegar.

I also bought some shichimi togarashi (aka Japanese 7-spice) and am looking forward to trying it in some NOODLE SOUP.

Hmmm. I *was* going to go get some lunch, but I may actually skip it so as to maintain the illusion that it's not hot as fuck outside. As soon as I got here this morning I cranked the a/c DOOOOOWWWWN.
