Classic, but I would weigh 900 pounds if I did it all the time.

Has anyone else switched over to the clear cellulose rollies?

I love these things! They burn nicely and evenly with no runs. They need to make longer and wider ones, though.
― Lolpez, Thursday, 1 November 2007 17:13 (eighteen years ago)
once you figure out the nuances of rolling with them, they're great, eh!? the one annoying thing is how they go out as soon as you ignore it for a few seconds.

The cellulose rollies roll easier than papers, I find. And yeah, they do go out if you ignore them for too long, but that's not a bad thing.
― Lolpez, Thursday, 1 November 2007 18:28 (eighteen years ago)
Man, those cellulose papers end up getting all stuck on me. It's like smoking a j rolled scotch tape. Maybe my rolling technique is off?

Im not a fan and it almost ruined "That '70s Show" for me until I realized that was heroin they were smoking in the circle.
Our local news anchors call it "pot". Is that normal?

Not if he's trying to sell it to you.
― The Cursed Return of the Dastardly Thermo Thinwall, Friday, 2 November 2007 03:25 (eighteen years ago)
I used to love it but don't seem to be capable of enjoying it anymore. Every time I smoke I just feel the same dull, irritating cloudiness without much of the beautiful sensory overload I used to get.

i smoked with my parents for the first time this summer. i knew my dad smoked and brought some home specifically at his request, but christ, my mom? that was unexpected. she was so militantly anti-drug when i was growing up and confiscated much from both my sister and i. one time she searched my sister's bag and found smelling salts, like the packets that come in first aid kits, and in all seriousness asked us "are these POPPERS?!" my sister had no clue what poppers were, and i just started laughing because i only knew of them as a fabled gay club drug which nobody in rural new england would ever even no where to obtain or why. she had obviously read about it in an outdated pamphlet and decided we were poppers addicts or something.
Anyways sorry to digress (weed lol) after smoking with the family, my mom later asked if i would be her "hook-up"! it just is so funny to me.
weed is classic, basically
― bell_labs, Friday, 2 November 2007 03:36 (eighteen years ago)
also, i have no idea why my sister had smelling salts in her bag, but it probably was to see if you could get high of them. we were stupid, stupid teenagers.
― bell_labs, Friday, 2 November 2007 03:38 (eighteen years ago)
neutral. obvious classicness potential, but I've had some less-than-great experiences lately. basically, like 99% of things in life, it depends who you do it with.
