It's been really foggy outside all day today.

I mean normally, from the office window, I can see across a lake to a motorway and some posh flats. Today, nothing is visible beyond the lake and the lake itself looks like the Dead Marshes.

(Presumably filled with the bodies of former *** employees who fell during the '92 purge)

Maybe you could use a courier? Many offices have accounts with bike messengers and stuff (one local mag I used to write for once sent a bike courier to my house to pick up a cover for a CD review, and this was the same mag that for some reason took between six months to a year to mail out free-L cheques).
