pleasant plains and i got curb yr enthusiasm season 4 from netflix yesterday. we're trying to spread them out. this season seems like one long storyline rather than single episoides.

It especially depressing that HBO runs Extras immediately after Curb Your Enthusiasm, which is even less funny, and is recycling a lot of the same sort of jokes with less energy and imagination. I think Gervais/Merchant and Larry David are talented, funny guys, but they've really hit a wall. It's time for a new direction, fellas. It's really disheartening to see the recent episodes of the NBC Office beat Gervais at his own game.
