a friend just gave me a new cutting board (that he made! it is niice) and i bought a new heavy & sharp knife before christmas and now combined they act as super cooking inspiration power, i think. ok i had rice and green beans & red peppers with a sauce i made out of whatever but it was good! and real

for last night's fucking dinner i made in-n-out style "double meat" turkey burgers (free range from a local poultry farm called shelton's) with raw milk cheddar and caramelized onions. dessert was mashti malone's saffron rosewater ice cream. i love the goddamn nature mart!

hopefully "in-n-out" and "double meat" will satisfy the filthiness requirement of this thread.

I had me some fuckin' KIELBASA on a BUN with some MUSTARD n SAURKRAUT - and SLAW too! Over the top de-fucking-licious and shit. Motherfucking FRENCH FRIES, too. This is, like, two minutes ago, I'm sayin. Now I'm gonna get a goddamn beer, and think about what's for dessert.

i had a reasonable fucking salad with apples and goat cheese and walnuts and chicken and leafy things, and i had this delivered because i'm fucking lazy. there was a chicken tortilla soup too; it was ok.

fucking lunch was a southwest (add slapback echo) SEITAN quesadilla from vegan place near sunset junction. shit was tasty.

As suggested by Mr. Hardy, greens with a sriracha/red wine vinegar sauce, mixed with brown rice and black beans, topped with a bit of parmesan. A frankenstein but a good one. Plus some rosemary bread, white wine and a pear, kiwi fruit and a bit of chocolate.
