Once I get everything sequenced I'm going to email everyone who submitted just to confirm that everything is spelled/capitalized/attributed correctly but I wanna keep it a surprise to everyone else til I post a link.

I usually put these things up on fairtilizer (guess they're official.fm now) but... 49 tracks... fukkkk

is there anyone out there willing to edit my track down to the appropriate time? my software is all fluxxored and pissing me off! im going to try with audacity but have never used it...is it easy?

Audacity is incredibly easy. I use it at work.

I say split it at some apposite midpoint and call it x part 1 and x part 2

x (hostel-maxi) and x part 2

ok, audacity appears much easier than what i use on a regular basis, i shall fix it tonight.

yeah, audacity process would be 1) import it, 2) highlight what section of the track you want in the end product, 3) do file->export selection

You can also apply fades if that is yr thing

Hate to be a dwyck but can we put a real deadline for fixes/changes/revisions? Only fair to those who turned theirs in on time and would love to listen to this! (fire away)

FYI this is totally finished spare chrisv2010s track which was too long and is being edited down and re-sent. I do apologize for the wait (crazy hectic past few weeks) but I can promise you that it's not lol never actually going to be done

and i'm not sure if they're in the zipped file or not, but there's also a nonmoving version of the cover (small version for iTunes cover art, super huge version in case you want to print it out for your own cd) and a big version of the tracklist with spines (again, in case you want to print it out)

for some reason, the album artwork that iTunes automatically used was Rex Mantlepiece - Elastic Avenue

Oh fuck I meant to embed the artwork in the mp3's as metadata OOOPS

ah whatever, rex mantlepiece elastic avenue is not a bad accidental cover to have! looool

these are off the hook so far, and the short track length makes for an interesting listen
