by all accounts this is a terrible peno
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Saturday, 27 November 2010 22:51 (fifteen years ago)
yep, rank
jimmy magee 'doesn't like men who turn their back on penalties'
jimmy, also-
"time running out now for wigan. course, it's running out at the same rate for west ham. but they're winning"
cleverly, another good goal. beckford and parker also had great goals this month actually.
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Saturday, 27 November 2010 22:52 (fifteen years ago)
Yeah, sorry darragh. Posting while frantically downing cans before heading out isn't a good idea.
― Number None, Saturday, 27 November 2010 22:54 (fifteen years ago)
's'ok, the ? coulda thrown anyone. it was cos i wasn't sure of the spelling, to be clear
west ham tho. no reason for them to be struggling so badly.
(cue pete with 'avram grant')

robbie keane wants to join villa, according to tomorrow's papers.
6m? would it be cheeky to ask that much?
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Saturday, 27 November 2010 23:04 (fifteen years ago)
Haven't had MOTD on properly for ages - have you always had Rob McLean commentating down there?

n e wayz, bolton game looked great
n e 1 saying 'moyes out' is lamentably wrong
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Saturday, 27 November 2010 23:52 (fifteen years ago)
while all the attention was focused on the less talented of utd's tubby permacrocked whorefuckers, anderson was back in form today
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Saturday, 27 November 2010 23:57 (fifteen years ago)
yep, been said. guy's got a future, but where to put him in a midfield with fletcher, scholes. needs to be the advanced screener ahead of a thudd or pirlo imo.
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Saturday, 27 November 2010 23:59 (fifteen years ago)
moyes
i cant decide what's worse, moyes out or wenger out
i think it might be moyes.
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:00 (fifteen years ago)
someone could take over arsenal tomorrow and have a good chance of kicking on.
without moyes, hard to say where everton would be in a year or two.
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:01 (fifteen years ago)
scholes these days would be best employed as a deep lying playmaker
the conundrum with utd is their best team surely includes berba and cunt, yet so few first-rate teams play 4-4-2 these days
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:02 (fifteen years ago)
nothing 'surely' about that statement.
berbatov, lil p imo. rooneygot two assists today, sure i'd get two assists playing alongside berbatov today.
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:04 (fifteen years ago)
the only thing to hold against moyes afaict is beckford
the rest just seems to be the sort of poor form you'll occasionally get in a near decade-long tenure..
michael jones might have some more in depth litany of moyes' failings tho...
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:04 (fifteen years ago)
well, that's still 4-4-2 xp
moyes @ everton has always interspersed the successful years with relegation scraps. on the money he spends, it's overall been a success i'd say. and the team is as good as it's been imo, couldn't say for sure what's happened this season. strikers not firing?
― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:06 (fifteen years ago)
i took issue with the nation's favourite right back as a 'sure' inclusion tbh.
i knew you would
i've disparaged him plenty tho
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:09 (fifteen years ago)

― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:11 (fifteen years ago)

― Goths in Home & Away in my lifetime (darraghmac), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:12 (fifteen years ago)
moyes is great but he seems to require time to get thing together every season
saha/yakubu both v talented but one is 32, the other....

still better than beckford tho
― calpolaris (nakhchivan), Sunday, 28 November 2010 00:30 (fifteen years ago)
gotta give beckford time to settle, if moyes reckons he can do a job then i aint arguing- remember andy johnson?

he's lost 60% of his limited ability since mourinho gently alluded to his diving and he stopped getting most of his pens
