on the subject of dogs:
two day ago at work, our cat ran outside and attacked a dog. he does this regularly. yesterday, the owner of the dog called and asked that we pay the vet bill as the dog had a 'fairly serious wound.' I wasn't there when the dog got attacked, so I didn't really see what happened. Apparently it was a very small dog. So I don't know. On the one hand, I know our cat is kind of an asshole and has been known to attack dogs probably several times in the past. On the other hand, I feel that cats & dogs are natural enemies and that everything that happened was just a part of nature, and your dog should be tuffer anyway. We'll probably just end up paying the bill to avoid problems.

looking like quite the deep thinker is all. spent the night drinking over shit-talking viewings of predator 2, various youtube videos (inc. the oprah video which i got from this very board, thank you for making me a fine contributor to society), and then documentaries about aristotle and homer's odyssey. that trajectory is a fine example of unleashing the inner geek as the drunkenness builds.
