actually, not to pry a closely-guarded pro secret from you, but do you guys have some kind of magicker wand than the magic wand tool for selecting objects? because just separating the longboard dude alone from the background cleanly seems like a major ordeal, and there's four more of those dudes!

Magnetic lasso! It works well on most objects, but there's usually still some additional touch up work that needs to be done.

tiles look awes

it looks good on my blag, because I have the image as both the tiled bg and the newest post, and they're purposefully out of sync with each other (different gifs with a different starting point in the color cycle). But for me, the attempted 3x3 fuck up tile is all in sync, unfortunately. :-/

dammit, when I want them to sync, they won't, and when I don't, they do. "But really, in life, aren't we all wanting tiles to sync up when they won't, and wanting them to not sync up when they do? makes you think..."
