o actually it says that outsourced is nbc's best performing new series. still don't think that's saying much.

maybe they meant it's doing better than the legendarily awful summer series "100 Questions" (xpost)

So that means Community is gone in January then? Or are they moving it to a new night?

ABC did it in the early 90s, but it hasn't been done since (at least on broadcast networks).

this is pretty much the exact premise of another new show called Better With You except all the couples are related

3 different couples who are all related sounds like Modern Family.

I was looking through one of the 30 Rock quotes sites and realized that though we tend to post the absurdist gems here, like more than half of the jokes are these social commentary things like "young people don't vote, it interferes with our talking about ourselves" or "I love award shows. They tell me how much to care about different dead celebrities."
