I just watched the space simulator through trampoline episodes on OnDemand last night and holy shit this show got funny, like beyond every reasonable expectation I had

also I love that Jeff isn't always the default star and I think ppl were short-shrifting Shirley in the Jesus movie episode.

I think Troy is my favorite character on any TV show right now.

I was hesitant about approaching the zombie attack episode but it was awesome. Britta's zombiefication cracked me the fuck up but the true star was the cat in the basement and their reactions to it.

oh man the sofa cushion in troy's backpack... i lol'd. & pierce's callback to that was excellent too. (xxp)

This pen episode is my favorite Community episode ever

I wasn't so amused with the zombie episode as most people were. My little sister for instance really liked the zombie one but she wasn't super impressed with this pen one - whatever

shit rewatching this episode is yielding all sorts of lines i didn't hear the first time.

okay I missed a couple of episodes and had no idea the monkey was named Annie's Boobs, so when someone said "you can see Annie's Boobs pick up the pen" I was looking for something completely different

I was gonna ask why it didn't seem strange to you that Boobs was capitalized, but I guess if anyone's boobs were gonna be capitalized it's her

According to Dan Harmon's Twitter, the next episode is a "special live" episode starring Gary Busey as Pierce's long-lost son. Not sure if this is a joke, haven't seen anything else about a live episode. Not sure this cast can pull it off, given how 30 Rock's went. Busey could be funny though.

Not this week's episode, actually, the next one after Thanksgiving.

That reads like a Dan Harmon joke to me, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if it turns out to be a reality.

He also posted that Abed would discover a T-Rex and Annie would fight nine popes. I hope but highly doubt this is true.

So the characters have their own Twitter feeds, right? Last night around 3 AM Jeff posts "Sleepy" and Britta replies back "Me too." So they are totally sleeping together.

I follow all the actors on twitter, but not their characters. That's one step beyond.

Same here, and while I don't want to be that guy, surely Jeff tweeting at 3AM and then Britta responding means that they're not sleeping together.

I knew I was crossing a line as I was typing that.

Or, they ARE sleeping together but are creating a Twitter facade to make people think they AREN'T...

Surely that's way too subtle, even for Community.

The character Twitters are kind of like a rudimentary ARG, foreshadowing plot points and filling in details. And with the monkey's Twitter account it's pretty clearly just Dan Harmon or one of the other writers just posting random shit:
