Schiacciata with caramelized onions, a from-the-garden tomato and cucumber salad and a pretty good IPA from a northern California brewery.

Hmm...I've been trying to figure out of late what it really means to caramelize onions. I guess I'll have to look that up.

I had leftovers of sweet potato/regular potato slices with fat free sour cream on the top, and I had a soy burger with an almond-based type of fake cheese on it.

i found four lumps (of which i ate two) of some dead and frozen fish (the name of which'll remain unknown) that i managed to warm up a bit via umpteen minutes of bothersome frying pan action, and had some mouldy cheese, and milk, to go with all of that.
still, miraculously, alive am i. and me tummy feels like a drum.

a friend just gave me a new cutting board (that he made! it is niice) and i bought a new heavy & sharp knife before christmas and now combined they act as super cooking inspiration power, i think. ok i had rice and green beans & red peppers with a sauce i made out of whatever but it was good! and real

the neighbors were nice and fed me some fucking enchiladas.

for last night's fucking dinner i made in-n-out style "double meat" turkey burgers (free range from a local poultry farm called shelton's) with raw milk cheddar and caramelized onions. dessert was mashti malone's saffron rosewater ice cream. i love the goddamn nature mart!

hopefully "in-n-out" and "double meat" will satisfy the filthiness requirement of this thread.

I had me some fuckin' KIELBASA on a BUN with some MUSTARD n SAURKRAUT - and SLAW too! Over the top de-fucking-licious and shit. Motherfucking FRENCH FRIES, too. This is, like, two minutes ago, I'm sayin. Now I'm gonna get a goddamn beer, and think about what's for dessert.

Fucking chicken and fucking mushroom pot fucking noodle. Lazy, bad lunch but it only cost 95p.

i had a reasonable fucking salad with apples and goat cheese and walnuts and chicken and leafy things, and i had this delivered because i'm fucking lazy. there was a chicken tortilla soup too; it was ok.

fucking lunch was a southwest (add slapback echo) SEITAN quesadilla from vegan place near sunset junction. shit was tasty.
