Early Thanksgiving potluck. TWO turkeys, two vats of mashed potatoes, multiple boxes of stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, and corn pudding, for the basics. People also brought spinach & eggplant salad, some kind of Germanic macaroni & cheese, sausage balls, crackers & dips, hot cider with whiskey, beer, several desserts (I contributed apple crisp), and bread with pot butter. It was ridiculous. And glorious.

Eggs over easy, veggie sausage patty, pancake and a half (they are enormous, can't eat that much). At a diner in the burbs. Its rainy and miserable out there, wish there were a faster way to get home that didn't require walking a couple miles.. but not gonna pay for a cab

Home made fucking lentil soup with stir-friend bolloxing courgettes and/or zucchini

not one but TWO fucking pork chops seasoned with IJ's secret blend, baked sweet potato medallions with cinnamon & fucking butter, and sauteed spinach with garlic.

tom kha gai, and thai egg rolls. both delicious!

baked pre-seasoned tofu ($1.39 for four servings) on baguette, along with spinach greens, tomatoes and some salt and pepper. delicious.

i also had pork chops tonight! well, just one. specifically, the one pictured here:

flank steak cooked in the crock pot with red onion, three red bell peppers, a can of diced tomato, and a lot of oregano and cumin, and then once that's all cooked i heap some of it on a bed of rice and black beans and then on top of all that i put avocado and cilantro and a lot of lime juice and tapatio and then i fuckin eat it
