I'm pretty sure that the Emo Phillips-Phil Collins pic is a screen cap from an old Miami Vice episode.

Er, I guess it is more of a screenshot than a screencap.

Don't know, but I agree.

2. who's with the strokes.
Robert Pollard, he of Guided by Voices fame. (Which doesn't seem too unlikely, really.)

ramones/bolan is totally expected

I guess so, except I thought Bolan had died by the time the Ramones hit the UK (if this is where it is). He doesn't look particularly impressed with the company.

Can't imagine why Carl Perkins would be hanging out with two of the Beatles who covered his song 'Matchbox'.

State Attorney Foxhart Cubycheck (Billy Dods), Monday, 6 September 2010 09:17 (fifteen years ago)

I want to see people from wildly different worlds and eras together. Something like Wayne Rooney hanging out with Montezuma would be ideal.

I've said it before, but "Sopranos" producers missed a trick not casting Al Pacino as Frankie Valli's sister

They toured together, right? Or at least played on the same bill in NYC a few times.

You are right. The thing that made me happy was that Dave Edmunds was there running the show. If it had been Jeff Lynne instead, I wouldn't have posted it.

That and the fact that Dave and Carl refer to Ringo as "Richie."
