oh mark, my seratonin levels are back to normal today... Last night, I had some sangria, played snowboarding on the PS2, and listened to Dressy Bessy. Not sure if any of that helped at all though...

Man, it definitely took me a solid two and a half days to get over my New Year's Eve hangover. Unbelievable. I only felt vaguely normal again around mid-afternoon yesterday. Just a complete waste of two whole days, feeling like garbage. I just can't party anymore the way I could even two or three years ago.

I was so happy to finally feel normal again, that I went out and partied last night. I actually feel pretty decent today though; i didn't go too overboard.
