A new 30 Rock thread because I can't find the old one

pretty amazing after seeing kids are all right tp find out that she is only 2 years younger than annette benning. most people guess 10-15.

It's not so much that I thought she was like 40 so much as a sort of fine-vintage-wine in terms of WSability and age. In my opinion she looked better in 30 rock than in say, Shortcuts. But that's just me.

So the DVD set for season 4 is out now. One of the commentaries is just Jack McBrayer and Jon Hamm, here is an alleged excerpt:

Jon Hamm: That was a very veiled Mad Men reference. I don’t know if you knew that.
Jack McBrayer: Wait, what did he say?
Jon Hamm: Looking out the window, holding a glass of scotch.
Jack McBrayer: It is??
Jon Hamm: To me it is.
Jack McBrayer: Ugh. This is going to be the longest 22 minutes of my life.

I want to start a thread about Outsourced with people betting on how many weeks it will last before it gets canceled, but what's the point? It won't be long.

there should almost be a rolling nbc thursdays thread or something

there should be a rolling 'new shows 2010-2011 season' thread, and the ones that make the cut/garner interest can get their own threads down the line.

So far, the only "new" new show I've seen is The Event, and it was alright. Same people who made 24 are making it, though, and you can definitely tell by all the hammy dialogue. As for the larger mystery, I'll ride that ride until I have to get off.

If this is Season 5 of TGS (wink, wink), it doesn't make sense. Wasn't TGS already an established thing that they crammed Tracy Jordan into at the beginning of 30 Rock?

Maybe it's the fifth season of "TGS" since before it was "The Girly Show"

i don't know about anybody else but i'm loving matt damon in this. missed elizabeth banks tbh.

Matt Damon is good when he does comedy -- I'm probably in the minority here but I liked Stuck On You. I watched Ponyo last night with my daughter -- Matt and Tina do the voices of the father and mother in the movie, I thought that was kind of a funny coincidence.

so, i know it's old, but Kenneth's Michael McDonald impression in the first season's "Cleveland" episode just destroys me every time. i keep on playing it for people, and no one feels it as hard as i do.

anyway, i love this fucking show.
