Naw, I'm willing to make it but not eat it.
I actually ate a chunk of this melon and only got a little itchy so it's all good.

Yes they did. Luckily for badger watchers they are creatures of habit and turn up about 11pm every night. That night had the added advantage of bright moonlight (as you can see even on my crappy phone pic).
