Yeah that's strange, must try and synchronize. Though I should say its been once a month so far this this year (once in Feb, Mar and Apr). Before that I used to go to the Klinker, mostly.

It's not too far on the tube - getting people to head over to Kensington may be tricky but somewhere nearer the Circle Line might be better for you?

The '4 at the second' was the ILB fap wasn't it? It doesn't have many Londoners on it (although it wasn't restricted to ILB-ers).

Never been in Glasshouse Stores oddly, but not a real fan of Soho drinking I suppose. (southwark 4 eva).

I am in the GHS fairly regularly cos I work round the corner (although I am more often found in the Glassblower because it's nearer my office).

Ugh, the Glassblower. I used to work round there and spent far more time in that pub that I would have liked.

It beats the hell out of the Warwick (which is unfortunately where most of my co-workers prefer to go)

Yeah the Warwick is horrific. As are most of the pubs just off Regent Street really.

I'd like to have another London FAP at some point and meet you all again in person. The last one was great fun but it was coming up to almost a year ago. I'm not that familiar with drinking establishments in the area though.

Just a wee shout about the gig my band and (by some coincidence) emil.y's band are playing at the Windmill in Brixton on Halloween Friday at the Windmill. It's about a fiver to get in I think, and we (Disco Zhivago) are on first because we've never played London before and no one's heard of us, while Slum of Legs are a bit higher up the bill. Would be fab to see a few Ilxors about if you're not doing other things. Other bands include Cosines and The Drink.
