No. I had to decide to change my own joke dn when u intimated that a decree was in the pipeline, whereas i would have preferred to wait and see if que would clarify. So i can't be said to have butted in after that in my view. There was no policy, or at least it seemss a surprise to most (all, i would say) that there was a policy, and in any case i cannot be said to have given an incorrect interpretation of anything when i was plainly expressing an opinion.
