Ruiz is a fucking hard guy to keep down. He's walking straight forward and Haye's picking him off at will but you get the sense Haye gets worried when Ruiz gets close in the corner.

Ruiz has been on his arse about six times yet it's still Haye boxing backwards looking to counter.

haye seems an unlikely hweight champ, he seems more charmed trickster than dull psychopath, you feel that if he did ever get hurt he'd find it difficult to come back

Haye will never beat the Klitschkos fighting like this, which makes me think the plan is to never fight them.

Haye's quite late to the division and I think he's felt a few heavyweight punches and decided to be a bit more circumspect in attack. Anyone with a bit of talent and power will stop him.

green extremely game in round 4 but mora like a fucking tidal wave - whole flurry of unanswered blows but green refused to clutch. green's punches are starting to lose steam tho

juarez litzau round 1 was a snoozefest

what worries me is that the more popular it gets the more money the fighters make then kids will get into it to make more money and the whole thing snowballs and boxing goes into decline and it's not on TV anymore. UFC has already taken a LOT of boxing fans away.

well boxing has barely been on tv at all over here for years, so the thinking goes if you can get people to watch dudes beating on each other, they might also be interested in boxing. and I agree with that. room at the table for multiple fighting sports imo

Boxing needs a couple of great exciting heavyweights to come along as that's been lacking for a good while now.
