Well, those cropped corduroy jackets were popular for the last two years, so I would say it puts it in that timeframe. The purse in front looks like a knock-off Coach. Not even good enough to have fake logos on it.

it's vice city. dorm still seems very possible, room seems a bit spacy though. spreadlegs either lives in the same dorm, apartment complext (slight chance street), goes to same local convenience store to buy papers, miller lite.

1) A/C
2) Beds in dorms not usually metal frame type like that
3) Styling on dresser
4) Carpeting
5) VENETIAN BLINDS. Dorms usually have pull blinds.

It's not a dorm, but it's not Mom's house either. Mom's house has central heat and a/c, and even if she did allow a window unit, it would be insulated with caulk and not duct tape.
