HIMYM definitely had the best "yes, both of our lead actresses are pregnant, let's just come up with ridiculous stuff to 'hide' the pregnancies" run

speaking of the intro, i've watched a few episodes on demand, and they have a twice-as-long intro that is totally awesome.

Bummer that Schneider is leaving, but he has definitely had a reduced presence as the season has gone on...mostly just plays straightman.

I hope this doesn't develop into a cornball Andy/Anne/April love triangle if he leaves. With Anne single, it has that possibility. I like that story the way it is now.

Agreed. This has now risen to my favorite comedy currently on. Even though the last two have been only pretty good, there's still plenty of good stuff per episode....for example, "The Swanson Code"

How often do love triangles happen in real life? Not that this show is that much like real life, but...

I always felt Jerry was treated unfairly until tonight, when it was revealed that he really is as bad as he's made out to be.

I am hoping for a very awkward love triangle. I think they can do it.

I really like how they're setting up the breakup-- e.g. the one episode where he's trying too hard to be a good boyfriend and anne is vaguely put off by it.

A love triangle isn't always bad (even when lez stuff isn't there)

i don't think that's about him just finding out, I imagine he just didn't think about the fact that she wouldn't get in. I don't think he was like "oh she's young, I'm going home", I think it was just his usual "hanging out" with her and not realizing she saw it as a date.

yeah, andy was probably just oblivious about it being a date, and then suddenly realized it then, would be very much in character, though the age thing probably made it really stick out

Despite the Anne/Mark thing, I thought last night's episode was pretty pitch-perfect as far as this show goes. The end when Ron and Leslie were throwing darts was maybe my favorite bit of the whole show. I love how they've moved Leslie from being the focus to just being a player, and the relationship with Ron is so great.
