Has anyone noticed the posters for the upcoming movie, Why Did I Get Married? I'm sensing a theme (see also: (I Think) I love my Wife).

Nick, how do you refer to me when talking to, say, folks at work? Just by name?

Usually I just say your name, if it's someone I don't know as well I might say "my wife" but it is weird.

There should be a hipper term for "wife."

I realized that in class last week I kept referring to Leaf as "my husband" and after maybe the third time doing that, I just blurted out, "His name is Leaf & I will call him Leaf hence forth!"

Wife sounds fine to me, even if it's kinda heavy; it implies a lot, but so did you by marrying her.

You know what really wouldn't be cheesy and annoying? If married people called each other their SOUL-MATE all the time. That would be great!

In private Leaf & I call each other "lover" or "my sweet lover" or something equally gag-worthy.

I just discovered that the college improv group I was in has a video on YouTube, featuring current members. I feel like Jon Lovitz to their Andy Samberg.

sometimes i feel like Buster saying that, though. I know he said, "Hey Brother!" but you can see how easy it would be to substitute "Hey Lover!"

I don't know. I'm partial b/c I have such fond memories of it & they just seem so young . . . like we were all those years ago. all in all, the video was not great.

It kind of blows my mind that people I know started that improv troupe (Matt P. came up with the name) and now there are kids 14 years younger than them who are in it, who have no connection with that original cast.

I liked the looping effects.

We should organize a giant get-together through the ages.

I think there was talk a couple years ago about doing a reunion show at Homecoming.
