I'm not sure what's going on in the picture. Isn't it just a guy getting on the bus? Is there some element of difficulty or adversity that I'm not seeing? The bus seems to be equipped for the disabled.

He's probably thinking 'ok so I can get on this bus fine; am I going to have enough room once I'm on it? will the next bus I need to catch have wheelchair access? will there be an accessible public toilet when I need one? will there be stairs at my destination? will the shop I need to go to later have a wheelchair-friendly counter height? a wide aisle? will I be able to go to that gig tonight? what about the cinema tomorrow?' etc etc
